The GoHighLevel Zapier integration runs through an app called LeadConnector, HighLevel’s official white-label connection on Zapier. You sign in with your HighLevel login, pick a sub-account, and can then add contacts, create opportunities, start workflows and add tasks from 9,000+ other apps. As of October 2026 it offers one trigger and five actions, so this guide also shows how webhooks fill the gaps, which zaps are worth building, and what it all costs.
What GoHighLevel integrations are already built in?
Before you open Zapier, check whether HighLevel already connects to the tool natively. A native connection has no Zapier task costs and one less system to break. HighLevel’s integrations page features tools such as Google Workspace, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Slack, Shopify, Calendly, Mailchimp, Zoom and QuickBooks, and its App Marketplace lists 500+ more.
A few native options cover jobs people often build zaps for:
- QuickBooks: connected under Settings > Integrations. HighLevel’s help center says it brings QuickBooks contacts into HighLevel, pushes sent invoices to QuickBooks, and records HighLevel payments as sales receipts.
- Google Sheets: a premium workflow action that can create, look up, update and clear rows from any workflow.
- Slack: a premium workflow action that sends Slack messages from a workflow.
- Webhooks: the Inbound Webhook trigger and Custom Webhook action connect almost any tool with an HTTP endpoint.
Premium workflow actions cost $0.01 per execution after 100 free lifetime executions per sub-account, per HighLevel’s help center as of October 2026. Agencies on any plan can turn them on in agency settings.
Native, Zapier, webhooks or API: which should you use?
| Method | Use it when | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Native integration | HighLevel already connects to the tool | Some are premium actions with per-run charges |
| Zapier (LeadConnector) | You need a quick no-code link to an app HighLevel does not support | One trigger, task-based pricing |
| Workflow webhooks | You want any HighLevel event to reach another system | You must map the JSON yourself |
| Direct API | You need bulk data, two-way sync or a custom app | Needs a developer; see our GoHighLevel API guide |
How do you connect GoHighLevel to Zapier?
Search Zapier for “LeadConnector”, since that is the official HighLevel app name. HighLevel’s help center describes these steps:
- Log in to Zapier and click Create, then Zaps.
- In the Zap editor, choose LeadConnector as the app.
- Pick a trigger or action event, such as Pipeline Stage Changed.
- Click Sign In under the Account section.
- Enter your HighLevel email and password on the LeadConnector login screen.
- Select the sub-account you want this connection to use.
- Confirm that LeadConnector now shows under your Zapier accounts.
You do not need an API key for this standard flow, according to HighLevel. Zapier’s help article notes that LeadConnector needs a paid LeadConnector account. Each connection points at one sub-account, so agencies managing many clients need one connection per client.

What triggers and actions does the LeadConnector app offer?
As of October 2026, Zapier’s LeadConnector page lists one trigger and five actions.
| Type | Event | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger (instant) | Pipeline Stage Changed | Fires when an opportunity moves to a new pipeline stage |
| Action | Add/Update Contact | Creates a contact or updates an existing one |
| Action | Add/Update Opportunity | Creates or updates a deal in a pipeline |
| Action | Add Lead to Workflow | Enrolls a contact in an existing workflow |
| Action | Stop All Workflows for Lead | Removes a contact from all workflows |
| Action | Add Task | Adds a task to the account |
Zapier’s FAQ on the same page says custom fields work in triggers and actions, and that tags can be added through Zapier. Older actions such as Create Message are marked as no longer available, so rebuild any old zaps that used them.
How do you get more triggers than Pipeline Stage Changed?
Use a webhook bridge. In Zapier, start a zap with the Webhooks by Zapier “Catch Hook” trigger and copy the URL it gives you. In HighLevel, build a workflow with any trigger you like, such as Form Submitted, Customer Booked Appointment or Contact Tag, and add a Custom Webhook action that sends contact data to that URL.
This unlocks nearly every HighLevel event, but it has two costs. Webhooks by Zapier is a premium Zapier app, and premium apps need a paid Zapier plan. The Custom Webhook action is a HighLevel premium action, billed per execution after the free allowance.
What are the best GoHighLevel Zapier zaps?
These eight recipes use only triggers and actions listed on Zapier and HighLevel as of October 2026. Test each one with a sample record before you turn it on.
1. New form entries into HighLevel
Trigger: new response in Typeform, Jotform, Gravity Forms or Google Forms. Action: LeadConnector Add/Update Contact, then Add Lead to Workflow. This keeps an existing form on your site while HighLevel handles the follow-up.
2. Bookings from another scheduler
Trigger: new event in Calendly or Acuity Scheduling. Actions: Add/Update Contact, then Add/Update Opportunity in a “Booked” stage. If you can move the calendar into HighLevel instead, that removes the zap entirely.
3. Stop nurture when a lead books
Trigger: new booking in your outside scheduler. Action: Stop All Workflows for Lead. This prevents a contact from getting “are you still interested?” texts after they already booked a call.
4. Won deals posted to Slack
Trigger: Pipeline Stage Changed. Filter: stage equals “Won”. Action: Slack channel message with the deal name and value. HighLevel’s native Slack workflow action can do the same, so compare costs first.
5. Pipeline log in Google Sheets
Trigger: Pipeline Stage Changed. Action: Google Sheets create row with contact, stage and date. This gives owners a simple report they can sort and share. Again, the native Google Sheets workflow action is an alternative.
6. Won deals into QuickBooks Online
Trigger: Pipeline Stage Changed to “Won”. Actions: find or create the customer in QuickBooks Online, then create an invoice. QuickBooks Online is a premium Zapier app, and HighLevel’s native QuickBooks sync may cover your needs if you invoice from HighLevel.
7. Offline conversions to Google Ads
Trigger: Pipeline Stage Changed. Action: send an offline conversion to Google Ads. Zapier lists this exact template on the LeadConnector page, and it helps Google Ads learn which clicks became real customers.
8. Webinar attendees tagged in HighLevel
Trigger: new attendee in Zoom or another webinar tool. Action: Add/Update Contact with an “attended” tag. A HighLevel workflow can then send replays to no-shows and offers to attendees.
If a recipe ends in a HighLevel workflow, build that workflow carefully. Our guide to GHL workflows for lead follow-up covers the patterns we use.
How much does the GoHighLevel Zapier integration cost?
You pay for HighLevel and Zapier separately. As of October 2026, Zapier’s pricing page shows these plans:
| Zapier plan | Price | Key limits |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 100 tasks per month, two-step zaps only, no premium apps |
| Professional | From $19.99/mo billed yearly, or $29.99/mo monthly, for 750 tasks | Multi-step zaps, premium apps, webhooks |
| Team | From $69/mo billed yearly | Multi-step zaps, up to 25 users |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom limits, unlimited users |
Zapier counts a task each time a zap step completes successfully. Triggers, failed actions and built-in tools such as Filter and Formatter do not count. A zap with one trigger and two actions therefore uses two tasks per run, which adds up fast on busy lead forms.
On the HighLevel side, premium workflow actions such as Custom Webhook add per-execution charges. For HighLevel plan prices, see our GoHighLevel pricing guide.
What are the limits of the GoHighLevel Zapier integration?
Zapier works well for simple handoffs, but plan around these limits:
- One native trigger: Everything beyond stage changes needs a webhook bridge.
- API rate limits: Zapier’s help article notes HighLevel limits of 100 requests per 10 seconds and 200,000 per day, so bulk imports should not run through zaps.
- One sub-account per connection: Agencies end up managing many connections.
- Silent failures: If a password changes or a field is renamed, zaps can stop until someone checks Zap history.
- Task costs at volume: High lead volume can push you into higher Zapier tiers.
What are the alternatives to Zapier for GoHighLevel?
Make is the most common alternative. As of October 2026, Make’s GoHighLevel app page lists 22 modules (2 triggers, 17 actions and 3 searches) and says the app is maintained by Make. It suits visual, multi-branch scenarios.
Other options include HighLevel’s own workflow webhooks, which skip the middle tool entirely, and the direct API for heavier syncs. For AI assistants such as Claude, an MCP connection lets you work with CRM data in plain language; our Claude GHL MCP setup guide explains how.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does GoHighLevel integrate with Zapier?
Yes. HighLevel connects to Zapier through the LeadConnector app, which HighLevel calls its official white-label connection. You sign in with your HighLevel email and password and choose a sub-account. As of October 2026 the app offers a Pipeline Stage Changed trigger and five actions for contacts, opportunities, workflows and tasks.
Why can’t I find GoHighLevel in Zapier?
Search for “LeadConnector” instead. HighLevel publishes its Zapier app under that white-label name, so searching “GoHighLevel” or “HighLevel” may not show it. Once connected, the app works with your normal HighLevel account and sub-accounts.
Is the LeadConnector Zapier app free?
Zapier’s Free plan allows 100 tasks per month and two-step zaps as of October 2026, which covers light testing. Zapier’s help article says LeadConnector needs a paid LeadConnector account on the HighLevel side. Multi-step zaps, webhooks and premium apps such as QuickBooks Online need a paid Zapier plan, starting at $19.99 per month billed yearly.
How do I trigger a zap when a contact is created in GoHighLevel?
The LeadConnector app does not list a contact-created trigger as of October 2026. Build a HighLevel workflow with a Contact Created trigger, add a Custom Webhook action, and point it at a Webhooks by Zapier “Catch Hook” URL. Webhooks by Zapier needs a paid Zapier plan, and the HighLevel action is billed as a premium execution.
Is Make better than Zapier for GoHighLevel?
It depends on the job. Make’s GoHighLevel app lists 2 triggers, 17 actions and 3 searches as of October 2026, and its visual builder handles branching scenarios well. Zapier has a simpler editor and a very large app library. Compare both against HighLevel’s native integrations, which often need neither tool.
Should I use Zapier or the GoHighLevel API?
Use Zapier for quick, low-volume links between HighLevel and a popular app. Use the API when you need bulk data, two-way sync, custom logic or many sub-accounts, because the rate limits and task costs make Zapier a poor fit there. Our GoHighLevel API guide explains authentication, endpoints and plan access.
