Our GoHighLevel setup cost starts at $299 for a snapshot install and $499 for a full starter setup. Larger builds, migrations and white-label agency setups are quoted after a free call, so you know the fixed price before any work begins. Your HighLevel subscription is separate and is paid directly to HighLevel.
All prices below are “starting at” prices. We confirm the final number in writing once we understand your account, your data and the automations you need.
How much does a GoHighLevel setup cost?
Most small businesses fall between $299 and $1,250 for a one-time build. Agencies setting up SaaS mode or moving from another CRM usually start higher, because there is more data and more moving parts. The table compares every package side by side.

What affects the price?
Two businesses can both ask for “a GHL setup” and need very different amounts of work. These are the factors that move a quote up or down.
- Record count: importing 500 contacts takes far less time than cleaning and mapping 50,000.
- Number of workflows: each workflow needs triggers, branches and testing, so more workflows mean more build time.
- Integrations: connecting payment tools, booking apps, ad platforms or custom webhooks adds setup and testing.
- Custom design: a branded funnel or website from scratch costs more than adapting a template.
- A2P registration status: if your brand and campaign are not yet registered for business texting, we add time to help you through it.
What do you pay HighLevel separately?
Our fees cover the build. HighLevel bills you directly for the software. As of October 2026, HighLevel lists three plans on its official pricing page:

How long does a setup take?
Typical timelines are 2–3 days for a snapshot install, 5–7 days for a starter setup and 2–3 weeks for a Growth Build or white-label setup. Migrations take 1–6 weeks depending on how much data you have. The clock starts once we have your logins, branding and content.
Why is the final price sometimes higher than the starting price?
The starting price covers the items listed in each package. A quote rises when the job needs more, such as a large contact import, extra workflows, several integrations, custom design or help with A2P registration. We agree the full price before we start, so there are no surprise charges partway through.
Do you help with A2P 10DLC registration?
Yes. The Starter Setup and larger packages include help with A2P 10DLC registration, which US carriers require for business texting. We prepare the brand and campaign details with you and guide the submission. Approval decisions are made by the carriers and their registry, so we cannot promise a specific outcome or date.
What happens after handover?
We train you and your team on the account during handover. The Growth Build includes 2 weeks of support after that. If you want ongoing help, Monthly Care starts at $297 per month for fixes, updates, reporting and new workflows. You can also order extra workflows or funnels as one-off add-ons.
