GoHighLevel Agency Pro is HighLevel’s top self-serve plan at $497 per month, or $4,970 per year. It adds SaaS mode, rebilling with markup, user reporting and advanced API access on top of the $297 Unlimited plan. On October 27, 2026, HighLevel renamed it the Founder Plan and added more features at the same price.
This review explains what the plan includes today, how it compares with Unlimited, the usage costs the $497 price does not cover, and a simple way to decide whether the upgrade pays for itself in your agency.
What is the GoHighLevel Agency Pro plan?
The GoHighLevel Agency Pro plan is the $497 per month tier built for agencies that want to resell HighLevel as their own software. It includes everything in Unlimited, plus SaaS mode, automated sub-account creation, phone and email rebilling with your own markup, user reporting and advanced API access.
HighLevel’s pricing page lists three self-serve plans, plus a custom Enterprise plan. As of October 29, 2026, the public prices are:
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Sub-accounts | Built for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 | 3 | One business or a new agency |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 | Unlimited | Growing agencies |
| Agency Pro (Founder) | $497 | $4,970 | Unlimited | Agencies selling SaaS |
Every plan includes unlimited contacts and unlimited users, and all three are month to month. For the head-to-head view of all three tiers, see our full GoHighLevel pricing guide.
Is Agency Pro now called the Founder Plan?
Yes. HighLevel renamed the $497 Agency Pro plan the HighLevel Founder Plan during LevelUp 2026. The price stays at $497 per month, existing Agency Pro customers move over automatically with no action needed, and the plan keeps every Agency Pro feature while adding new Founder-only tools.
HighLevel’s help article Introducing the HighLevel Founder Plan confirms the key points:
- The Founder Plan is the new name for the $497 per month Agency Pro plan.
- It includes unlimited sub-accounts and advanced API access.
- Joining the HighLevel Partner Network is optional, but you need an active Founder Plan to be eligible.
- If you downgrade, you lose access to the features that are exclusive to the plan.
You will still see both names for a while. On October 29, 2026, the main pricing page still labeled the $497 card “Agency Pro”, while the help center and the Founder page used the new name. They are the same plan. Our LevelUp 2026 feature roundup covers the wider launch.

What does GoHighLevel Agency Pro include?
GoHighLevel Agency Pro includes every Unlimited feature plus a set of tools only available on the $497 tier. The core five are SaaS mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling with markup, user reports and advanced API access. The Founder relaunch added industry features, project tools and member perks.
The core Agency Pro features
- SaaS mode. You choose which features each plan includes. When a client signs up, HighLevel creates the sub-account, maps permissions, sends logins and monitors billing.
- Automated sub-account creation. Purchases through a SaaS checkout create the client account without manual work.
- Rebilling with markup. You charge clients more than HighLevel charges you for SMS, calls, email, email validation, AI and other usage.
- User reports. One dashboard shows calls, messages, appointments and closed deals per team member.
- Advanced API access. Unlimited includes basic API access; Agency Pro unlocks the advanced level for custom integrations.
What the Founder Plan added
The Founder page lists these as exclusive to the $497 plan: HighLevel Industries (niche features such as reservations and order management for restaurants, and job routing for home services), custom navigation menus, Events with ticketing, Workflow Maps, project management, a support ticketing inbox, meeting rooms, loyalty and rewards, and the A2P Console for tracking client A2P campaigns in one place.
Two tools are marked “coming soon”: custom onboarding launchpads and an Email Health Console. HighLevel also says some Founder features are live now and more are rolling out, so check each one in your account before you sell it to a client.
The plan also comes with member perks: the Founders Club community, a Founder support tier, discounted event tickets, eligibility for the HighLevel Partner Network, and eligibility for payment commissions on HighLevel’s new native payment provider. Treat these as extras, not as the reason to upgrade.
Agency Pro vs Unlimited: what is the real difference?
The real difference between Agency Pro and Unlimited is how you get paid. Both plans give unlimited sub-accounts and a white-labeled desktop app. Unlimited lets you pass usage costs to clients at cost, while Agency Pro lets you add a markup, automate client signups and billing, and use the Founder-only features.
| Feature | Unlimited ($297) | Agency Pro / Founder ($497) |
|---|---|---|
| Sub-accounts | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| White-label desktop app | Yes | Yes |
| Phone and email rebilling | At cost (no markup) | With your own markup |
| Email rebilling rules | LeadConnector SMTP only, fixed 1.05x | Multiplier you set |
| SaaS mode and SaaS Configurator | No | Yes |
| Automatic sub-account creation on purchase | No | Yes |
| User and agent reporting | No | Yes |
| API access | Basic | Advanced |
| Founder-only features and perks | No | Yes |
If you bill clients a flat retainer and include software in it, Unlimited often covers everything you need. Agency Pro starts to matter when you want HighLevel to run signups and billing for you, or when usage margin is part of your pricing.
How does SaaS mode make money on Agency Pro?
SaaS mode makes money on Agency Pro in two ways: a monthly subscription you set for each client plan, and markup on the usage each client consumes. HighLevel always bills your agency wallet first, then your own Stripe account charges the client’s wallet at your marked-up price.
HighLevel’s rebilling documentation describes the flow like this:
- A client sub-account sends a text, an email or makes a call.
- HighLevel deducts the HighLevel price from your agency wallet.
- The system charges the client’s sub-account wallet at your agency price.
- When the client wallet runs low, your agency Stripe (not HighLevel) charges the client’s card to reload it.
Phone pass-through fees work slightly differently. When rebilling is on, HighLevel adds a fixed 5% location markup to A2P registration fees and carrier fees, and your multiplier stacks on top. HighLevel’s own example: a $10.00 carrier fee becomes $10.50, and at a 2x multiplier the client pays $21.00.
There are two SaaS setups. SaaS V1 runs on Stripe at the agency level. SaaS V2 uses an agency sub-account as the billing record and supports Stripe, NMI, Authorize.net and Square. A sub-account can only use one of them. Our GoHighLevel SaaS mode guide explains plan design in more depth.
What costs are not included in the $497 price?
The $497 Agency Pro price covers the platform, not usage. SMS, calls, phone numbers, email sends, A2P registration fees and premium AI are billed from your wallet as they are used. Several add-ons, such as the white-label mobile app, also carry their own monthly fees on top of the plan.
Add-on prices from HighLevel’s pricing page on October 29, 2026:
| Add-on | HighLevel price |
|---|---|
| White-label mobile app | $497 per month |
| AI Employee Unlimited plan | $97 per month per sub-account |
| AI Employee Growth plan | $50 per month per sub-account |
| Branded client portal app | $49 per month per sub-account |
| HIPAA compliance | $297 per month |
| Dedicated email IP | $59 per month per IP |
| WhatsApp integration | $10 per month per sub-account |
| Premium support | $500 per month |
HighLevel notes that most add-ons can be resold with your own markup on the $497 plan. Still, budget for them before you price your SaaS tiers. Our breakdowns of GoHighLevel SMS pricing and AI Employee pricing cover the two biggest usage lines.
Costs and rules agencies often miss
- Stripe fees. Client charges run through your own Stripe account, so its processing fees come out of your margin.
- Rebilling on hold. If a client has no valid card when rebilling is attached, rebilling stays on hold and the sub-account may have restricted access until payment is set up.
- Turning SaaS off. Disabling SaaS on a sub-account cancels its subscription and permanently deletes its wallet. Your agency handles any refunds manually.
- The white-label app. The desktop app is white-labeled on Unlimited and above, but a branded mobile app is the separate $497 per month add-on.
Is GoHighLevel Agency Pro worth $497?
GoHighLevel Agency Pro is worth $497 when the extra $200 per month over Unlimited comes back through markup, automated signups or Founder-only features you actually sell. If you bill flat retainers and pass usage at cost, Unlimited is usually the better buy until your client count grows.
A simple test: list what the upgrade earns or saves you each month, then compare it with $200. For example, if one client uses $50 of SMS and email a month and you rebill at 2x, you keep about $50 before Stripe fees. Four clients like that cover the gap. This is plain arithmetic, so use your own usage reports.
Who should upgrade
- Agencies selling HighLevel as their own branded software with self-serve signup.
- Agencies with many clients on high SMS, calling or AI usage, where markup adds up.
- Teams that need user reporting or advanced API access for custom builds.
- Agencies that want the Founder features, such as Events, project management or the A2P Console.
Who should stay on Unlimited
- Agencies with a few retainer clients who include software in a flat fee.
- Owners still learning HighLevel who have not packaged a SaaS offer yet.
- Single businesses, which are often fine on Starter’s three sub-accounts.

Should you pay monthly or annually?
Paying annually for Agency Pro costs $4,970 instead of $5,964 for twelve monthly payments, a saving of $994 a year. Monthly billing makes sense while you test SaaS mode, because HighLevel plans are month to month and upgrades mid-month are charged only the prorated difference.
- HighLevel’s standard free trial is 14 days on any plan.
- You can start with a 30-day free trial (partner link) through our affiliate link instead.
- You upgrade in agency Settings, then Billing, then the option to modify your subscription.
- Usage fees can apply during a trial, and billing starts automatically when the trial ends.
Upgraded, but SaaS mode still feels like a maze?
Paying for Agency Pro does not set up SaaS mode for you. Plans, Stripe, rebilling multipliers, welcome emails and snapshots all have to be configured and tested before your first client signs up, and one wrong setting can lock a client out or leave usage unbilled.
Our GoHighLevel white label and SaaS setup service configures your branded domain and app, SaaS mode, usage rebilling, three niche snapshots and an onboarding SOP. It starts at $1,500, with a fixed quote after a free call.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much is the GoHighLevel Agency Pro plan?
The GoHighLevel Agency Pro plan costs $497 per month or $4,970 per year as of October 2026. HighLevel renamed it the Founder Plan at the same price. Usage such as SMS, calls, email, phone numbers and premium AI is billed separately from your wallet, and add-ons like the white-label mobile app have their own fees.
Is Agency Pro the same as SaaS Pro?
Yes. SaaS Pro, Agency Pro and now the Founder Plan are names for the same $497 HighLevel tier. HighLevel used “SaaS Pro” in earlier years, switched to “Agency Pro”, and announced the Founder Plan name at LevelUp 2026. Existing customers were moved over automatically and kept the same price and features.
Does the $297 Unlimited plan include SaaS mode?
No. SaaS mode, the SaaS Configurator, automatic sub-account creation and rebilling with markup are only on the $497 Agency Pro, now Founder, plan. Unlimited can still rebill phone and email at cost, white-label the desktop app and run unlimited sub-accounts, which suits many agencies that bill flat retainers.
What new features does the Founder Plan add?
The Founder Plan adds HighLevel Industries, custom navigation, Events, Workflow Maps, project management, ticketing, meeting rooms, loyalty and rewards, and the A2P Console. Custom onboarding and an Email Health Console are listed as coming soon. HighLevel says some features are live and others are still rolling out.
Can I downgrade from Agency Pro to Unlimited?
Yes, you can downgrade at any time because HighLevel plans are month to month. You lose the features exclusive to the $497 plan, such as SaaS mode and rebilling with markup. Plan the move carefully, because disabling SaaS on a sub-account cancels its subscription and permanently deletes its wallet.
Is there a free trial for GoHighLevel Agency Pro?
Yes. HighLevel offers a standard 14-day free trial on every plan, including Agency Pro. Through a partner link you can get a 30-day trial instead. Billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel, and usage fees for SMS, calls or email can apply during the trial.
