GoHighLevel Support: How to Contact HighLevel and Get Faster Help

GoHighLevel Support: How to Contact HighLevel and Get Faster Help – AutoGen CRM

Last updated:

GoHighLevel support is available 24/7 through live chat and Zoom calls inside your HighLevel account, plus support tickets and a toll-free phone line for sales, billing and login problems. The fastest route for most issues is the in-app chat, which you open from the question mark icon in the top right of the app. Below we cover every official channel HighLevel lists as of October 2026, how to write a ticket that gets solved quickly, and when outside help makes more sense.

A quick note before we start: AutoGen CRM is an independent GoHighLevel agency. We are not HighLevel and we cannot open tickets on your behalf or see inside HighLevel’s support queue. Everything about HighLevel’s own channels below comes from HighLevel’s help center, linked in the sources at the end.

How do I contact GoHighLevel support?

HighLevel’s help article on support options lists several channels. Each one suits a different kind of problem, so pick the one that matches yours.

All details above are from HighLevel’s help center and status page as of October 2026. HighLevel updates these pages often, so check the linked articles if anything looks different in your account.

Live chat inside the app

Click the blue question mark in the top right corner of HighLevel on a desktop browser. You can choose an AI support chat or a chat with a human agent. HighLevel says that if a chat does not solve the issue, it gets escalated into a support ticket.

Zoom support calls

The same question mark menu lets you join a live Zoom room with a HighLevel support agent. This works well for screen-sharing a broken workflow or a funnel that will not publish. Like chat, unresolved Zoom issues become tickets.

Support tickets

HighLevel states it has no general support email address. To get email support, you open a ticket from inside the app, and the back-and-forth then happens by email. The ticket flow asks you to pick Technical Support, choose a scope such as “Within a Sub-Location,” and select the product area, like Calendars or Automation.

Is there a GoHighLevel support phone number?

Yes. HighLevel lists 1-888-732-4197 as its main number, and its help center describes it for sales, billing and login issues. For billing, HighLevel says to press option 2. If you are locked out of your account and cannot reach the in-app chat, this is the number to call.

HighLevel also lists international lines in its support article:

  • United Kingdom: +44 808 502 2329
  • Australia: +61 1800 983 916
  • South Africa: +27 87 250 2674
  • Netherlands: +31 97010208764
  • Philippines: +63 1800 1 550 0097

Be careful with numbers you find on third-party sites. Use only the numbers on HighLevel’s own help center, because scammers do post fake “support” lines for popular software.

Who can contact HighLevel support?

This catches many business owners off guard. HighLevel’s help center says only Agency Admins and Agency Users can access HighLevel support. Location Admins and Location Users, meaning people who log in to a sub-account, cannot.

So if an agency set up your account and you only see your own business dashboard, your first contact is that agency. They hold the agency-level login that HighLevel support will talk to. HighLevel also notes that its agents cannot change an agency account without consent from a validated Agency Admin or Agency User.

What support do new HighLevel accounts get?

HighLevel describes a support journey in three stages. During the trial, you can book a kickoff call to decide which parts of the platform to focus on first. In your first 90 days, HighLevel says Customer Success is your main support resource, with hands-on sessions for setup and configuration.

After 90 days, standard 24/7 support takes over. If you joined recently, use those onboarding sessions. They are the closest HighLevel comes to helping you set things up.

Is premium support worth it?

HighLevel sells a Premium Support add-on for $500 per month, with an annual option that HighLevel says saves $1,000 per year (as of October 2026). It is available once you have been with HighLevel for 90 days. HighLevel lists a dedicated Technical Account Manager, priority ticket handling, Slack access to the premium team and 24/7 availability among the benefits.

Premium Support speeds up answers about the platform. It does not turn HighLevel into a team that builds your funnels or workflows for you.

How do I check if GoHighLevel is down?

Before you open a ticket, check the official status page at status.gohighlevel.com. It lists components such as Conversations, Calendars, Automation Workflows, Funnels, Payments and AI tools, and you can subscribe to status updates.

If a component shows an incident, a ticket will not speed up the fix. Wait for the update, and pause any campaigns that depend on the affected feature. Our guide on what to do when GoHighLevel is down walks through how to tell a real outage from a problem in your own account.

How do I write a support ticket that gets solved faster?

Good tickets cut down the back-and-forth. HighLevel’s bug report flow can capture a screenshot of your full screen when you click “Click to upload,” which helps. You can make it even easier for the agent with a few habits:

  1. Check the status page first. Rule out a known outage.
  2. Name the exact sub-account, workflow, funnel or calendar involved.
  3. List the steps that cause the problem, in order, so the agent can repeat them.
  4. Say what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  5. Note when it started and whether you changed anything just before.
  6. Add a screenshot or a short screen recording with your voice explaining the issue.
  7. Give one example contact or appointment, so the agent has a real record to check.
  8. Keep one issue per ticket. Mixed tickets get passed between teams.

A short line such as “Workflow ‘New Lead SMS’ in sub-account Smith Roofing stopped sending texts on October 2; contact Jane Test shows the trigger fired but no SMS step ran” will get a faster answer than “my automations are broken.”

What community resources can help?

HighLevel points users to several self-service options alongside its support team:

  • Help center at help.gohighlevel.com, with setup guides for each feature
  • HighLevel Academy courses and certifications
  • The official HighLevel Facebook Community group
  • HighLevel’s YouTube channel, events and Q&A sessions

Search the help center before you open a ticket. Many “bugs” turn out to be a setting explained in a two-minute article.

What will HighLevel support not do?

HighLevel support helps you use the product and fixes platform problems. It is a product support team, so it is not set up to design your sales process or build your account for you. Expect help with questions like “why did this trigger not fire,” and less help with “write my follow-up sequence.”

In practice, these jobs usually fall to you or to a partner:

  • Planning pipelines, tags and custom fields for your business
  • Writing and testing multi-step workflows
  • Designing funnels and websites
  • Preparing A2P 10DLC brand and campaign details so your texting gets approved
  • Migrating contacts and automations from another CRM
  • Ongoing fixes as your offers and team change

When does hiring a GoHighLevel agency make sense?

An agency makes sense when the problem is your setup and the platform itself is working fine. If you keep opening tickets about the same workflow, or nobody on your team has time to learn the builder, a partner is often faster than waiting in a queue.

Signs it is time to get help:

  • Workflows fire in the wrong order or send duplicate messages
  • Leads land in the wrong pipeline stage, or not at all
  • Your texting campaign keeps getting rejected
  • The person who built your account has left

If that sounds familiar, our guide to fixing a broken GoHighLevel setup covers the most common causes. If the account was never set up properly, our GoHighLevel setup service rebuilds it from $499. For ongoing help, AutoGen CRM offers Monthly Care starting at $297/month (Standard) or $597/month (Pro), covering fixes, updates, reporting and new workflows. We have completed 120+ projects over 4+ years, and we also help clients through A2P 10DLC registration.

To be clear, we work alongside HighLevel support and do not replace it. Platform outages, billing and account access still go to HighLevel. Your workflows, funnels and pipeline logic are where we come in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is GoHighLevel support available 24/7?

Yes. As of October 2026, HighLevel’s help center lists live chat and Zoom support calls as available 24/7 from the question mark icon inside the app. Ticket replies come by email. HighLevel’s support journey article adds that, after your first 90 days, HighLevel Support remains available around the clock for product questions and technical troubleshooting.

What is the GoHighLevel customer service phone number?

HighLevel’s help center lists 1-888-732-4197 as its main number for sales, billing and login issues, with option 2 for billing. It also lists local numbers for the UK, Australia, South Africa, the Netherlands and the Philippines. For product questions, HighLevel steers users to in-app chat, Zoom calls and tickets instead of the phone line.

Does GoHighLevel have a support email address?

HighLevel says it does not have a general support email. To get email support you open a ticket from inside the app, and replies then come by email. The one email address it lists is billing@gohighlevel.com, which creates a ticket with the billing team for charges, invoices and subscription questions.

Why can’t I see the support button in my account?

HighLevel only gives support access to Agency Admins and Agency Users. If you log in to a single sub-account, as most clients of an agency do, you will not have access to HighLevel support. Contact the agency that set up your account, because it holds the agency-level login HighLevel will work with.

Is AutoGen CRM part of HighLevel support?

No. AutoGen CRM is an independent GoHighLevel agency. We do not work for HighLevel, cannot see your tickets and cannot fix platform outages or billing. We help with the setup side: workflows, pipelines, funnels, migrations and A2P registration help. We also earn affiliate commissions from HighLevel, which never changes our advice.

How long does HighLevel support take to reply?

HighLevel does not publish a guaranteed reply time for standard support on the pages we checked in October 2026. Live chat and Zoom are usually the quickest options because they are real-time. Tickets take longer since they may need investigation. A clear ticket with steps, screenshots and an example record shortens the wait.
