Roofing, Solar & Life Insurance GHL Snapshots: Case Study

This GoHighLevel snapshot case study covers three industry snapshots we built for roofing, solar and life insurance businesses. Each snapshot packages a website or funnels, pipelines and nurture campaigns into a HighLevel account so a business or agency can rebrand it and start working leads. Below we explain what each one contains, based on the product images in our portfolio.

Who are these snapshots for?

These are AutogenCRM’s own products, built for three lead-driven industries. Roofing companies, solar installers and life insurance agents all rely on fast follow-up and long nurture cycles. Agencies that serve these trades can also install the snapshots in client sub-accounts.

The demo businesses in the images, such as “Peak Shield Roofing”, “CMS Surveyors” and “Fidelity Life”, are sample brands. They show how the templates look once filled in.

What challenges do roofing, solar and insurance businesses face?

All three industries spend money to generate leads and then lose some of them to slow replies. Their sales cycles involve inspections, consultations or quotes, so leads need several touches before they buy. Businesses like these typically need:

  • A website or funnel that asks for a quote or inspection on the first screen.
  • A pipeline that tracks each lead from inquiry to signed job or policy.
  • Automated follow-up by text and email so no lead goes cold.
  • Long-term nurture for prospects who are not ready yet.
  • A setup they can launch quickly instead of building from a blank account.

What did we build?

Roofing GHL snapshot

The roofing product image describes it as a website, funnels, automations, pipelines and nurture campaigns built for roofers. Two page mockups show the website template in navy, white and orange.

Solar GHL snapshot

The solar product image shows several mobile page mockups for a sample brand. The design uses dark slate, white and orange with solar installation photos.

Life insurance GHL snapshot

The life insurance product image describes funnels, automations, pipelines, nurture campaigns and follow-ups built for life insurance businesses. It lists the contents on the image itself:

A laptop mockup shows the website template for a sample agency. It has a header with Home, About Us, Insurance Plans, Blogs, a phone number and a “Get A Quote!” button, plus an illustrated hero with a second quote button.

What technology do the snapshots use?

All three are GoHighLevel snapshots. A snapshot is a copy of a HighLevel account’s assets, such as funnels, websites, pipelines and workflows, that can be loaded into another account. Each product image carries the HighLevel logo. Our guide on how to install a GoHighLevel snapshot explains the loading process.

Frequently asked questions

What is in the roofing GHL snapshot?

The product image lists a website, funnels, automations, pipelines and nurture campaigns built for roofers. The website template includes a hero with a free roof inspection offer, an online scheduling form with text consent, service sections, an About Us page and a reviews section. All branding is placeholder content you replace with your own.

According to its product image, it includes 8 funnels, 7 automated pipelines, 104 nurture campaigns and an AI assistant, and it is ready to customize. The website template has an insurance plans menu, a blog link, a phone number in the header and “Get A Quote” buttons for capturing leads.

Yes. A snapshot loads into your HighLevel sub-account, and then you replace the sample logo, text, images and phone numbers with your own. You will also connect your domain, calendars and phone number. Our Snapshot Install package handles the install, branding, one calendar and one pipeline for you.

Yes. Agencies can load a snapshot into each client’s sub-account so every new roofing, solar or insurance client starts from the same tested base. Each client still needs its own branding, domain and texting registration. Our white-label setup package includes three snapshots for agencies building a repeatable offer.

A snapshot carries the workflows and message templates, but texting still depends on the receiving account. Each account needs its own phone number and, in the US, A2P 10DLC registration before business texts can go out reliably. We help with that registration in our Starter Setup and larger packages.
